  • This is a 2-way portal for the cooperatives builders and their construction project coordinators to streamline the workflow to streamline the project from request for service to construction. Builders can send requests in and the Builder portal walks the builder through the process allowing them to submit requests to build, follow the process step by step, and communicate two-way with the coordinators all digitally and in a self-service mode. Each step is well designed and communicated and builders now can see where their job is, and what step is next and eliminate the back-and-forth calls and email juggling. Fully developed with reports, accounting and financial forecasting, and dashboards for both builders and cooperative employees. The workflow is customized to your utility workflow!

  • Track the engagement with your Key Accounts with dashboards, activity tracking, full CRM functionality, and all in the convenience of your laptop to your phone. This can be for the utility employee use only, or expanded for a 2-way portal for the Key Accounts to also have a portal into the utility to communicate and self-serve with tutorials and documentation behind a utility-branded user- authenticated web portal.
