I have had the privilege of spending 15 years of my career in the same the electric utility industry. During that time we built solutions for utilities connecting the office to the field through GIS and work management deliverables. I have spent almost a decade leading highly skilled technology professionals overseeing 8 different products from inception to delivery. I have spent my career learning how utilities operate on a daily basis and how software and people can be utilized to create great solutions. Last year I made the leap to go out on my own and help utilities achieve their next level goals. I have a passion for Salesforce and a belief that utilities can offer better member engagement tools, mobile apps/forms, and process automation/tracking all while building a next level CRM needed for the utility of the future. I am truly doing what I love everyday!.
